PolicyStat user question

I?d like to connect with another organization who uses Policy Stat and talk to them about how they manage approval workflows. It?s helpful if they are similar to us ? Network of several hospitals, but different hospital licenses, but if they aren?t identical to us, that?s ok, too. (looking for a couple contacts through the Policy Stat software team) We do not findperson dependent processes like one person approving hundreds of policies. That?s just not sustainable.

@Jan Sauer ?, @Mimi Houghton-McKie ?, and @Kelly Stimpson , sounds like you are working together on this with @Tamara Westgate . My recommendations for multi-hospital systems is to first (1) standardize your document areas (to the extent reasonably possible), then (2) review your existing committees/teams to see which ones are/should be responsible for documents, then (3) align areas to committees (as much as reasonably possible).
